CLIMS

Introduction

The Liaison Committee of Social Military Organisations is an international gathering of military social services whose objective consists in developing bi- or multilateral youth exchanges and family vacations between the Ministries of Defence of the member countries, within their cultural and social institutions.

During the CLIMS meeting Autumn 2009 in Hungary, the delegations voted unanimously and Greece received the status of a full member.

The Hellenic Air Force made the following facilities available to the CLIMS members:

• Skotina Detachment, 20 rooms during June and 30 rooms during September each year.
• Zouberi Detachment, 15 rooms and 10 houses during the months of May, June, September and October.
• Rodos Detachment, 10 rooms during May, June, September and October.
