Fairey IIIF

Built in 9 variations from 1927 to 1932 for RAF and FAA, this naval cooperation hydroplane was ordered by the Naval Air Force but was received by the unified Hellenic Air Force. The delivery took place between 1929 and 1931 for 10 airplanes coded Í1-Í10. It participated during the 1935 movement, where it was used to maintain contact with the fleet units under the control of the movement leaders.

It is mentioned that the existence of the Navy specification heavy type radio (110 Kg) shifted the center of gravity of the airplane causing a lot of accidents.

They were used by the 11th Naval Cooperation Squadron during the war, undertaking observation missions and convoy escorts.
