Morane - Saulnier MS.147 EP2

The MS.147 EP2 training airplanes succeeded the MS.137 EP2. It is mentioned that the MS.147 evolved from MS.138 with redesigned wing and Salmson 9AC engines, same as the MS.137.

20 of them received in 1930. During the delivery, it was discovered that they had Serbian maintenance inscriptions and a lot of constructional defects. Today it is confirmed that it was an unacceptable or cancelled order from Yugoslavia .

They remained in service along with MS.137 EP2, but whenever possible, the reserve MS.147 EP2 were used first. After 1936 they were replaced by the Avro 621.
