Yacht Crew Rescue   (13/5/2012)

On Sunday, 13 May 2012 and at 06:01, a Super Puma helicopter of the Hellenic Air Force, took off from 130 Combat Group/Lemnos Air Base, in order to rescue three Greek persons, who abandoned their yacht, because of water inflow. The Greek persons were stranded in a lifeboat, twelve nautical miles east of Thasos island. The castaways were safely transferred to Lemnos island at 07:29.
