Hellenic Air Force Press ReleaseMEDEVAC Executed by a HAF Super Puma (8/7/2012)On Sunday, July 8th, 2012, a Super Puma Helicopter of the Hellenic Air Force took off from 112 Combat Wing/Elefsina Air Base in order to evacuate a forty-six-year-old German climber, who was injured on Mount Olympus. The Helicopter safely transferred the injured man from Apostolidis Shelter at Mount Olympus, in Litochoro, where he was received by a National Instant Aid Centers ambulance (EKAV).
