Lieutenant General Antonios Tsantirakis

Lieutenant General Antonios Tsantirakis was born in Heraklio - Crete in 1956. He entered the Air Force Academy in 1974 and graduated as a Second Lieutenant in 1978. Upon his graduation, he received his first commission at 111 Combat Wing, as an F-5 pilot in 349 Squadron.

Assignements

During his military career he served in many positions within the Air Force and  NATO.

Training

He has attended several schools and seminars on his area of expertise in Greece and abroad.

Flight Information

He has completed over 5000 flight hours in F-5, F-104, A-7, T-41, T-37, T-33, T-2 και Ε-3A

Major Awards and Decorations

He has been honoured with all medals and decorations according to his rank.

Marital Status

Lieutenant General Antonios Tsantirakis is married and has two children.
