Hellenic Air Force Academy’s 3rd year cadets Karoykis Dimitrios and Tsairidis Panagiotis were HAFA’s delegates in a training which took place in Lisbon from 16 to 21-5-2008. The training duration was six days including exercises of command and leadership. Aim of these exercises was the development of a leader’s characteristics for the decision-making and the management of human potential.
During the training they collaborated with cadets from the corresponding academies of Portugal, Germany, France and Belgium. The last day they had a tour in the city of Lisbon from the Portuguese cadets. The cadets returned in Greece in the 21-5-2008 with the best recollections.
