On Sunday, June 10th 2012, the Chief of the Hellenic Air Force General Staff, Lieutenant General (AF) Antonios Tsantirakis, attended the memorial service held in honour of the civilians slaughtered on June 10th, 1944 at Distomo village by the German occupation forces.
