Ultralight flight machine flights
Due to repetitive violations of the Safety Standards concerning ultralight flight machine and following the Press Release 093 of 02.09.2015, we would like to point out, that the flight of the above mentioned flight machine as well as of the Hanggliding and Paragliding is being clearly regulated by the Greek legislation, a violation of which is being punished by administrative sanctions (permanent pilot license withdrawal, fines) and it does not dispense the offender from any criminal liability.
