Exercise “Hniochos 2016”
On April 14th 2016 the Multinational Medium Scale Exercise “Hniochos 2016” was completed, which was conducted from Monday 4th until Thursday 14th in the air force base of Andravida.
During the exercise several complex air force missions were accomplished, such as Air to Ground, Air to Air, SEAD/DEAD, CSAR, missions, all across the ATHINA FIR, at day and at night.
In the exercise participated a large number of air and naval forces, other army units, the Air Force of Israel and the United State Air Force of Europe, as well as an observer of the French Air Force.
