Super Puma Rescue Operation of P/C Ship «Nova Cura»
On Tuesday, April 26th, 2016 a Super Puma helicopter of the Hellenic Air Force (HAF), took off from 130 Combat Group/Limnos Air Base in order to execute a Rescue operation for the crew of the cargo Ship «Nova Cura», with Netherlands/Dutch flag, which had run aground one (1) nautical mile north of the island of Lesbos.
The helicopter received seven (7) members of the crew and transported them to the Lesvos Airport at 14:50.
