From Monday, January 23rd to Tuesday February 7th, 2017 the Hellenic Air Force’s 31st Search & Rescue Operations Squadron (SROS) and the American 67th Special Operations Squadron (SOS), originating from the 352nd Special Operations Wing and based in the United Kingdom, both participated in a joint exercise hosted at the 112th Combat Wing at the Hellenic Air Force base in Elefsina.
During the joint exercise, both squadrons followed through with the training of their paratroopers with static belt jumps and freefalling, both day and night.
