HAF’s M200-5 crash
On Thursday, April 12, 2018 at 12:15, a single-seated M2000-5 aircraft of the 114CW / 331 Squadron during its landing phase following the completion of a mission at a distance of nine (9) nautical miles north-east of the island of Skyros, crashed into the sea, resulting in the fatal injury of the commander of the aircraft, Captain (P) George Baltadoros.
A committee has been set up to further investigate the accident.
