Medevac of Patient Abroad
In the morning hours of Wednesday, June 20th, 2018, the Air Force Embraer EMB-135 of the Hellenic Air Force received and transferred a 2-year old patient from the 112 Combat Wing / Air Base in Elefsina to Newcastle, UK for specialized treatment at the request of the National Emergency Aid Centre.
On the aircraft, besides the child, its escorts and specialized medical staff were also on board.
