The Basic Laws 5121 “On the Hellenic Air Force Organization (HAF)” and 5123 “On the Training of the HAF” were adopted, which formed the new legal framework for its operation. It should be pointed out that under Law 5121 (article 19) the Aviation School was established for the training of flight crew, officers and non-commissioned personnel, the Aviation Technicians School, the Shooting School and the Higher Aviation Education School. Also, with the unique law 5123, the operation and the method of education in schools, as well as in the Centers of Naval Aviation Education, Training of Assistant Observers, Flight Instructors and Strike Operators were determined.
