On Friday, July 11, 2025, a joint training activity was conducted between the Hellenic Air Force (HAF) and the French Air and Space Force (Armée de l’Air et de l’Espace – FASF), in the context of the bilateral military cooperation between Greece and France.
During the activity, which took place south of Crete, a French A330 MRTT aerial refueling aircraft, escorted by two Rafale fighter jets, conducted aerial refueling procedures (dry hook) and escort operations in coordination with a pair of HAF Rafale aircraft from the 332 Squadron.
This activity formed part of the ongoing efforts to enhance interoperability and operational cooperation between the two Air Forces, contributing to the improvement of readiness and mission effectiveness of the participating formations.
