General Information

Academic Education aimed at providing the Cadets with knowledge and skills on the domain of their specialty. At the same time it aimed at the cultivation of creative scientific thought and the familiarization with research so that the future officers of the Hellenic Air Force would be capable of complying with the evolution of air systems.

Academic Education was conducted in the form of teaching in class and was complemented with practical applications in the Academy laboratories, as well as with educational visits.

Within the framework of Academic Education, Educational visits to Air Force and Armed Forces Units, State Institutions and Civil Services were organized, as well as Lectures on General Education concerning current national issues, issues on flight and ground safety and sanitary conditions.
