Major General Konstantinos – Savvas Tzovaras

Major General Konstantinos – Savvas Tzovaras is the Director of the A Branch of the Hellenic Air Force General Staff (HAFGS).

He is responsible for the formulation of Air Force Doctrine, the assessment of the enemy threat, the planning of operations and exercises, the development and exploitation of operational applications, for aviation matters as well as for matters of international relations.

He was born in Volos.

Education

He joined the Hellenic Air Force Academy in 1986 and graduated in 1990, as a 2nd Lieutenant.
