Major General Georgios Delis

Major General Georgios Delis is the Director of the C Branch of the Hellenic Air Force General Staff (HAFGS).

He is responsible for all matters concerning technical support of aircraft, weapon systems, infrastructure, communications and informatics, and also for logistics.

He was born in Giannitsa.

Education

He joined the Hellenic Air Force Academy in 1985 and graduated in 1989 as a 2^nd Lieutenant.

He graduated from:

• Air War College/Junior Officers.
• Ground Instructors School.
• Resource Management Education of the Oberammergau NATO School.

He holds PhD in Geology/Geophysics, University of Patras

He speaks English.
