Major General Konstantinos Kakkavas

Major General Konstantinos Kakkavas is the Director of the C Branch (Support) of the Hellenic Air Force General Staff (HAFGS).

He is responsible for the technical support of weapon systems and other means, infrastructure, communications, informatics and logistics.

He was born in Athens.

He joined the Hellenic Air Force Academy in 1985 and graduated in 1989 as a 2nd Lieutenant.

He graduated from :

• Air War College/Junior Officers

• Flight Safety School

He holds:

Bachelor of Science in Production Engineering & Management, Chania Polytechnical School (TUC)
Msc in Aeronautical Engineering, Naval Postgraduate School (NPS), USA

He speaks English.
