Major General Dimitrios Fanaras

Major General Dimitrios Fanaras is the Chief of Staff of the Hellenic Air Force Support Command (HAFSC).

He is the direct assistant of the Commander and is also responsible for the coordination and the proper operation of the Command’s Staff.

He was born in Thessaloniki.

He joined the Hellenic Air Force Academy in 1985 and graduated in 1989 as a 2nd Lieutenant.
