Mission
The Hellenic Air Force Publication Agency is the only agency responsible for deliveries, distribution, reprint, management, command, monitoring and ordering that have to do with Greek or phrase Publications.
It has complete and effective control over the management of the literature used by Hellenic Air Force and all printing press requirements of all kinds, in times of peace and war.
The Hellenic Air Force Publication Agency is the Publication Agency of entire Hellenic Air Force, as well as the main Library of the Hellenic Air Force. It is charged with the order- receiving and delivering documentaries of Aircraft and Helicopter and all the Weapon System of the Hellenic Air Force. The Agency also reprints the Hellenic Air Publications and Publications that the Cadets of Hellenic Air Force Academy and Hellenic Air Force NCO’s Cadets, as well as Schools and Colleagues use. The Agency also prints magazines, leaflets, posters that have to with the mission of the Hellenic Air Force and its promotion to the general public.
History
The Hellenic Air Force Publication Agency was established in 1942 in Kairo of Egypt.
In 1945 was transferred from Middle East to Columbia’s Factory at Rizoupoli in Athens.
In 1948 was transferred from Rizoupoli to Faliro city, in Athens.
In 1968 was located in Dekelia Air Base.
