On Tuesday, October 4, 2016, the Supreme Allied Commander Europe (SACEUR) and the US European Command (EUCOM), General Curtis M. Scaparroti, accompanied by the Chief of the Hellenic National Defence General Staff, Admiral Evangelos Apostolakis HN, visited 115 Combat Wing (115CW), at Souda Air Base, in Crete, where he was welcomed by the Commander of the Base, Colonel (P) Dimitrios Fouskas.
During his visit SAUCEUR was informed about Combat Wing`s mission.
